About Barbara's Way
 I take great pride in knowing that I have created tools and kits and provided information that have helped women develop skills and confidence to successfully complete home repair projects. In doing so, these women performed many home improvement tasks for the first time by themselves confirming their self-sufficiency and independence.
My newest venture is Barbara's Way. It uses my background and expertise to further my mission to empower women in the home, particularly in areas where they may not feel confident, such as DIY home improvement.
The introduction of Barbara's Way coincides perfectly with the current evolution of the home improvement movement in which women are playing an increasingly prominent role.
The name Barbara's Way on products assures they are only of the highest quality. They are manufactured by companies you know and respect; brands you can rely on. Our products, our packaging, and our guidebooks are "Our Way"- developed by a woman for a woman. They not only enable women to complete the project, but encourage them to be self-sufficient, cost-efficient, and independent.
Barbara's Way will expand its mission to continue to empower and inspire women enabling them to define their space and lifestyle. It will constantly develop new products. Barbara's Way will use traditional media as well as the Internet to make information available to women that they need to complete a project, provide the knowledge to build confidence and independence, and develop the lifestyle to which they aspire and are entitled to.
